Do you develop silicone molds?

Yes, our silicone materials have FDA certification and can pass FDA tests.

After sample molds are confirmed, mass production takes 15-20 days. Including mold development, the whole lead time is around 40 days for new customized orders. For repeat orders without new molds, production lead time is about 20 days only.

It depends on how complex the mold is, usually 15-25 days.
